"On the first day I questioned if the Groundwork wasn't too in depth. There were many examples and details and at the break I was feeling that I had processed a a great deal and worried that we hadn't even gotten to the tangible parts of the process (my poor brain!). But it was truly "grounding" and has been very helpful, applying that information to the practical aspects of roadmapping. I revisited the Groundwork before the second day started and appreciated how it helped me relate my own work to what others have done. (I would have had a more difficult time if it was a one-day course)
I would probably tell someone considering the course to get good rest heading into it. There is a lot to process (even if you have been Roadmapping, in one way or another, for years), but I came away from the course surprised at how much I learned.

A roadmap is a high-level strategy outlining when and what a product team is going to work on. This living, collaborative document communicates your UX strategy to your immediate team, engineers, and stakeholders.
